Luxury Crew Transportation ("Service") provides driver dispatch and scheduling services for airline crew transportation. The platform enables:

• Airlines to manage crew transportation schedules
• Station managers to assign trips and coordinate drivers
• Drivers to receive and manage trip assignments
• Administrators to oversee operations and generate invoices

2. Account Registration

Access to the Service is by invitation only. By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Push Notification Service

By enabling push notifications in the application, you agree to receive notifications about:

• Trip assignments and status updates
• Schedule changes and modifications
• Important operational alerts

Notification frequency varies based on trip volume and operational needs. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or browser.

4. User Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Drivers:

• Respond to trip assignments promptly
• Maintain accurate trip status updates (accept, start, complete)
• Provide valid reasons when declining assignments
• Ensure reliable device connectivity for notifications

Station Managers:

• Assign trips to qualified and available drivers
• Monitor trip statuses and address issues promptly
• Manage driver availability and onboarding

Airline Users:

• Provide accurate trip and schedule information
• Submit changes with adequate notice when possible
• Review cost reports for accuracy

5. Data Usage & Privacy

We collect and process data necessary for the operation of the Service, including:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Trip and scheduling data
• Activity logs and audit trails
• Device information for push notifications

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
